Our philosophy of proactive involvement starts with a comprehensive bidding process in which we clarify all issues pertaining to design intent, methodology and expectations for the project. By understanding these issues during this preliminary stage we can minimize the common misunderstanding and mistakes that often occur during construction. At the start of each job a project team is designated which includes a Facet principal, project manager and an on site job superintendent. Sites are equipped with phones, faxes, computers and filing system allowing for a clear and detailed paperwork trail. Weekly site meetings are held with all parties involved and meeting minutes, including action lists, are generated and distributed to all attendees, allowing us to identify potential issues before they become problems.
